My name is Bob van Rhienen. I'm a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) professional and business transformation specialist with over 25 years of international experience in the financial & professional services industry. I have a solid reputation as a reliable and connecting team player who gets things done, someone who communicates well, and is fun to work with.
My goal is to support companies with improving their governance, risk, compliance practices and delivering on change or improvement initiatives. My approach is to understand a company's strategy and objectives and help them to structure and execute programs that achieve those. By asking the right questions, providing structure, connecting with people at all levels of the organisation, and a disciplined execution, I aim to optimise the potential of organisations and individuals to achieve meaningful results.
